Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days from the order date. The expected dispatch time for each item is also mentioned on its respective product description page.

What are your shipping charges?

• Prepaid Orders: A minimum shipping fee of Rs. 50 is charged for orders equal to or below Rs. 499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A minimum shipping fee of Rs. 149 is charged for all COD orders equal to or below Rs. 1,500.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

If the courier partner is unable to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe, the shipment will be returned to us (RTO). For prepaid orders, a refund will be processed to the original payment mode. For undelivered COD orders, refunds are not applicable.

What should I do if the packaging is damaged upon delivery?

If the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and email us at fashoholic.styles@gmail.com. We will arrange a refund for your order at the earliest.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer an easy 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for apparels, handbags, footwear, and artificial jewellery. The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, and untampered) with its unique security seal/tag, invoice, and packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

You can raise a request by logging into your Fash'O'Holic account or by emailing us at fashoholic.styles@gmail.com. We will arrange for a courier to collect the merchandise from your delivery address within 3 working days.

Can I return an altered or made-to-order garment?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any altered or made-to-order merchandise.

How do I get my money back if I paid via Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Refunds for eligible, successfully returned COD orders will be processed via an online bank transfer. You will need to submit your bank details at the time of initiating the return.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check, we initiate the refund. Credit reflection timelines are:
• Wallets: 0-3 working days.
• UPI: 2-7 working days.
• Net Banking: 2-10 working days.
• Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 working days.

Payments & Orders

Are there any restrictions or extra fees for Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, there is an additional Rs. 100 handling fee for all COD orders. Additionally, the minimum order value for COD is Rs. 1,000, and the maximum order value is Rs. 5,000.

Is it safe to shop and pay on your website?

Yes, shopping on our platform is 100% safe. All required transaction details are captured on a secured payment page, encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL), and securely transmitted to your card issuer. We do not store your complete credit card details or payment information in our systems.

Why am I being asked for my PAN Card?

As per Rule 114B of the Income Tax Act, it is mandatory to submit a PAN card copy for transactions equal to or greater than Rs. 2,00,000 made via digital modes like Debit/Credit card, Net banking, UPI, or Wallets.
